Our Sale & Clearance Section products will fall under one of the following five flat rate shipping tiers to ensure our online pricing can reflect our in-person pricing:

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window: - You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a refund. Any items scratched, damaged or missing parts will not be permitted for a refund.

2. Return Shipping: - Buyer assumes responsibility for return shipping for cases where the return reason was bought by mistake, no longer needed, or any case where the product arrives as described by Direct Renovation Supply. In these instances, the buyer should expect prepaid return label costs will be deducted from their refund upon the receipt of their return. In situations where a product is defective, the return label cost will be covered by Direct Renovation Supply and return shipping cost will not be deducted from the buyer's refund.

IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

2. Return Expenses: - We'll pay the return expense if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.)

3. Restocking Fee: - Any return after 30 days will be subject to a restocking fee of 20%.

4. Return Deadline: - Returns are not permitted after 90 days.

5. Refund Processing: - You should expect to receive your refund within 2 weeks after the package is returned. - In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This period includes the time it takes for us to receive and process your return, and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund.

6. Nonrefundable Items: - Glass items are nonrefundable.

7. Credit Memo: - A credit memo will be issued with your return.

8. Special Order Items: - SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, NOR CREDIT GIVEN. ***ALL SALES FINAL ON SPECIAL ORDERS***

9. Open Box Returns: - Any open box returns will be inspected before a refund is completed.

10. Warranties - Direct Renovation Supply MAKES NO WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. ONLY MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTIES ARE APPLICABLE TO PRODUCTS PURCHASED.
