This Shipping Policy applies to orders placed through directrenovationsupply.com.

Shipping area

We currently ship only within the United States and certain U.S. territories where available through our carriers and checkout options. We do not currently ship outside the United States.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Processing times may be longer during high-volume periods, supplier delays, inventory delays, weather events, carrier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Overnight delivery, when available, is only available for eligible orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipping restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses unless we expressly offer that option at checkout or in writing. Some products may be restricted by size, weight, destination, carrier availability, or product type.

Shipment confirmation and tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped. Tracking numbers are usually active within 24 hours after shipment.

Delays and backorders

If we experience a significant delay, backorder, or inability to ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided with your order. If required by law, we will provide cancellation, refund, or delay-consent options.

Taxes, tariffs, and fees

Applicable taxes and fees may be calculated at checkout. You are responsible for any fees imposed during or after shipping where applicable, including tariffs, taxes, storage fees, accessorial fees, redelivery fees, or carrier fees caused by delivery issues, address errors, or refused delivery, unless prohibited by law.

Damaged or lost shipments

Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your order is damaged or lost in transit, contact billing@directrenovationsupply.com as soon as possible. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods. For freight deliveries, note visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing. Failure to inspect and report damage promptly may limit our ability to file a carrier claim or provide a remedy.

Incorrect address or refused delivery

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, delivery failures, fees, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Refused non-damaged deliveries may be treated as unauthorized returns and may be subject to shipping charges, return freight, restocking fees, and carrier fees.
