You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days for a refund. Items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover the cost of return shipping and labor, which will be deducted from the customer's refund amount, on all returnable items within the 30 days of the purchasing date depending on their condition when returned. We'll pay the return expense if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) 

To return, simply contact us by email at billing@directrenovationsupply.com. Once we have gathered information about the product you would like to return, we will provide a return label that you may attach to the original packaging.
