DIRECT RENOVATION SUPPLY RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, damaged goods, and defective goods are handled for purchases from directrenovationsupply.com.
Return window
You may return most new, unopened, uninstalled, and unused items within 30 days of purchase, subject to this policy. Items must be in original packaging, with all parts, manuals, accessories, and packaging materials included, and must be in resalable condition.
How to start a return
To request a return, email billing@directrenovationsupply.com with your order number, item information, reason for return, photos if applicable, and your contact information. Once we review the request, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return label or return authorization.
Return shipping and restocking fee
Returnable items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover return shipping, inspection, repackaging, and labor costs. The restocking fee and any non-refundable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund. We will pay return shipping expense if the return is the result of our error, such as an incorrect item or a defective item covered by this policy.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return unless required by law or approved in writing by us:
- Items that have been installed, assembled, used, modified, altered, cut, wired, clipped, or damaged.
- Items not in original packaging or missing parts, manuals, accessories, or packaging materials.
- Clearance, final sale, discontinued, closeout, special purchase, custom, special order, or made-to-order items.
- Items returned after the 30-day return window.
- Items returned without authorization or to the wrong location.
- Items not purchased from Direct Renovation Supply.
Refund timing
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the return is approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method when possible. You should expect to receive your refund within 4 weeks after the package is returned, although many refunds are processed more quickly. This time includes carrier transit, return inspection and processing, and your bank or payment provider's processing time.
Original shipping charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by law.
Damaged or defective items
Inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, defective, or missing item, contact billing@directrenovationsupply.com as soon as possible and include your order number, photos of the product and packaging, and a description of the issue. Keep all packaging materials and damaged goods until the issue is resolved.
Carrier damage
If a package arrives damaged, do not discard packaging. For freight or large items, note visible damage on the delivery receipt or bill of lading before signing. Failure to inspect and report damage promptly may limit our ability to file a carrier claim or provide a replacement or refund.
Exchanges
We do not guarantee exchanges. If you need a different item, contact us. We may ask you to return the original item under this policy and place a new order.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute so we have an opportunity to resolve the issue. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law or your payment card agreement.
